For commissioned writing orders, if you cancel the order after payment, the seller refuses to accept the order, or the order is successfully terminated during the transaction, the amount you paid will be refunded to your My Wallet - Spending Balance. Your Wallet Spending Balance can be used to purchase goods within the platform but cannot be withdrawn.
