What are the withdrawal limits and fees?

Withdrawal Rules:

• Amount Limit: Minimum withdrawal per transaction is $20; maximum withdrawal per transaction is $3000
• Daily Limit: Only 1 withdrawal allowed per day
• Estimated Arrival: 1–4 business days (up to 5 business days in some regions)

Withdrawal Fees (per transaction):

• US and Hong Kong bank accounts: $2
• Mainland China bank accounts: 0.4%
• All other regions: $5
• Settlement Currency: Mainland China bank cards are settled in Renminbi (CNY); all other regions are settled in US Dollars (USD).

Friendly Reminder: It is recommended to accumulate a larger balance before making a withdrawal. The fewer withdrawals you make, the lower your overall fee costs will be.
