Commission customized products that require a certain creation period.

Transaction Flow: Buyer submits commission request → Seller reviews the request and sends a quote → Buyer pays → Seller starts creating and delivers the artwork → Buyer accepts the work → Order completed

1. Custom  commission Publishing Entry

PC: Log in to the draw.market site → Avatar → Artist Dashboard → Select Commission - Commission Management on the left → Create New Commission

Mobile: Artist Dashboard → Select the Commission tab at the top → Create New Commission

2. Filling in Commission Showcase Information

1. Service Name: Enter the text, which supports automatic multilingual translation. Be mindful of overseas buyers' reading and comprehension habits—avoid colloquialisms or domestic slang.

2. Price: Priced in USD (minimum $2). If you are unsure how to set prices, refer to Standard Pricing Methods. The platform charges a 5% service fee (borne by the seller), which covers payment security and makes your cross-border transactions safer.

3. Net earnings: The international site pays the seller based on the income amount after deducting the platform fee. Once the buyer confirms receipt and the order is completed, you can check your earnings under My Account - Wallet - Income Balance. PayPal order income does not enter the wallet; it goes directly to your PayPal receiving account, which you can view by logging in to PayPal - Transaction History.

4. Turnaround: The time required to create the work.

5. Delivery Milestones: Once set, the seller must submit work according to the configured milestones, and the buyer must confirm the work at each milestone. Partial milestone refunds are not currently supported; if the order is terminated midway, the system will default to a full refund to the buyer.

6. Artwork Licensing Scope: You can set surcharges for different license types. Personal-use licensing is the base price, and you can choose to add a fixed amount or multiply by a fixed rate.

7. Add-ons: You can set surcharge options for different value-added services.

8. Uses Templates or Stocks assets: Check "No" for fully original work; if the work uses licensed templates or materials, check "Yes."

9. Description: Information must be structured and highlight key points; we recommend using short sentences and organizing content in bullet points. Refer to the structure below:

① Brief intro at the start: One sentence introducing yourself + stating your time zone+Online time, to avoid misunderstandings caused by time differences among overseas users. 
② Provided content: Price list (clearly specify each item and licensing prices), delivery format, estimated turnaround, number of allowed revisions, situations where commissions are not accepted, and other supplements.
③ Content requirements the buyer must provide: e.g., OC character settings, specified poses/expressions, reference images, etc.
④ Other supplements (if any)

Notes:

① Due to cultural differences, we recommend using terms commonly used by overseas buyers and avoiding domestic slang, colloquialisms, and promotional wording.
② Please try to keep the formatting consistent and minimize blank lines, decorative dividers, excessive emojis, kaomoji, etc.

10. Cover Sample Images: When browsing showcases, buyers usually look at the thumbnail first before clicking in to read the text. The cover sample image must be your "strongest work."

① Main image: Your most exquisite finished piece (to attract clicks), with an optimal ratio of 4:5, and the image must be clear. For animated works, we recommend uploading a GIF—animation > static.
② Supporting images: Other sample works, or a process collage (showing the contrast of sketch - line art - finished piece, adding professionalism).

Notes:

① Cover sample images must not contain watermarks from other platforms, and uploading images unrelated to the showcase is prohibited.
② Avoid including too much text in sample images, as this can cause comprehension difficulties for cross-language buyers.
③ After the commission is published, please avoid frequently modifying showcase information in a short period. You may update it periodically, e.g., updating sample images each quarter or during holidays, to keep the commission fresh.

After completing the above information, click [Publish]. Once the showcase passes review, you can see the listed commission under the [On Sale] tab.
