Commission Listing

Custom artwork orders with a production timeline.

Transaction Flow: Buyer submits request → Artist reviews and sends a quote → Buyer pays → Artist creates and delivers the artwork → Buyer approves delivery → Order complete

Fill in Your Commission Listing Details:

1. Listing Title: Enter the title — the platform supports automatic multilingual translation. After translation, please review the Chinese and Japanese versions to ensure they are locally appropriate. Avoid informal expressions or region-specific jargon that overseas buyers may not understand.

2. Pricing: Set your price in USD (minimum $2). If you're unsure how to price your work, refer to the Standard Pricing Guidelines. A 5% platform service fee is included in the listed price, covering payment security for safe cross-border transactions.

3. Actual Earnings: DrawMarket pays you after deducting the platform fee. Note that payment processing fees may also apply depending on the payment channel.

4. Use of Templates or Third-Party Assets: Select "No" if the work is fully original. If licensed templates or assets are used, check this option — it will be noted in the product details section of your listing.

5. Description: The listing description serves as your commission terms. Keep it structured, highlight key points, and use short sentences with bullet points. Refer to the following structure:

① Introduction: A brief one-sentence intro about yourself + your time zone (EST;UTC-5). Recommended: "I usually respond on weekdays, 9:00–18:00 EST;UTC-5." Add: "Please read the following before purchasing."
② What's Included: Price list (per item and usage license), delivery format, estimated turnaround time, number of revisions, order restrictions, and additional notes.
③ What the Buyer Must Provide: e.g., OC character reference, specified pose/expression, reference images, etc.
④ Additional Notes (if any)

⚠️ Notes:

① Due to cultural differences, use vocabulary familiar to international buyers. Avoid region-specific slang, informal language, or overly promotional phrases.
② Keep your formatting consistent. Avoid excessive blank lines, decorative dividers, overuse of emojis, or kaomoji.

6. Cover Images: Buyers often see the thumbnail before reading the description. Your cover image must be your "best work."

① Main Image: Your most polished finished piece (to attract clicks). Ideal aspect ratio: 4:5. Ensure high image quality. For animated works, GIF is recommended — animation outperforms static images.
② Additional Images: Other sample works or process comparison images (sketch → lineart → finished piece) to demonstrate your professionalism.

⚠️ Notes:

① Do not include watermarks from other platforms. Images unrelated to the listing are not allowed.
② After publishing, avoid frequent edits in a short period. Consider periodic updates — such as refreshing sample images each quarter or during holidays — to keep your listing fresh.
