Character Introduction

For Columbina, this planet was not a good mother. It had given her a unique identity by birthing her, but it seemed to have exhausted all its love in doing so. From then on, her mother met her outstretched arms with icy silence. Columbina could only move forward blindly, feeling her way between walls.

The labyrinth that trapped her was a ring-shaped, spiraling tower. Columbina softly hummed the melody from her memory, the only connection she had with her "mother." She walked barefoot through the Frostmoon Workshop and the Grubov Fortress, returning once again to the Silvermoon Courtyard, where her own echoes still lingered on the walls.

But unlike before, with the help of her friends, she has now found her own name. She has hopes and desires. She wants to go home; she has already reached the top of the tower, where the moon bearing the answer is within arm’s reach. She stretches out her arms, yet it’s as if the moon has fallen into the water.
