Draw Market Site Service Migration Notice (February 5th 2026)
Dear Users,
To deliver a more professional, efficient, and convenient service, we will be conducting maintenance and upgrades on the platform's service infrastructure in February 5th 2026. The upgrade is expected to take several hours, and the following services will be temporarily affected:
1.Order transactions and management functions will be temporarily unavailable. These will be restored after the upgrade.
2.Modifying user profiles or sending IM messages during the upgrade process may result in data loss. We recommend performing these actions again after the upgrade is completed.
After the migration is complete, you will need to continue using the following features on the Draw.Market site:
1.List products on overseas storefronts
2.View overseas order details and complete the delivery
3.Communicate and manage overseas orders
On the Chinese version "画加" app, you will still receive overseas order notifications normally.
