During this time, other related content, including the anime's second season and live concerts, will proceed as scheduled. The manga is currently serialized in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara MAX magazine, with 8 main volumes, 6 official anthology volumes, and 6 spin-off volumes focused on Kikuri Hiroi released to date. The first season of the anime aired from October to December 2022, and a second season has been confirmed to be in production.

Currently, there are three main series of Bocchi the Rock! manga, all published by Houbunsha. These include the original main series and its spin-offs. As of January 2026, the main series has released 8 volumes, with spin-offs also receiving regular updates.

The original manga, created by Aki Hamaji, is serialized in Manga Time Kirara MAX. The story follows the socially anxious girl Hitori "Bocchi-chan" Gotou as she joins the band "Kessoku Band" and grows through her musical journey.
