DrawMarket Artist Guide: Payments, Earnings & Withdrawals
Welcome to DrawMarket! This guide walks sellers through linking a payout account, tracking earnings, withdrawing funds, service fees, and refund rules—so you can start selling on DrawMarket with confidence.
1. How to Link Your Payout Account
Once you pass artist verification, log in to DrawMarket and you'll receive an onboarding notification. Follow the steps to link your payout bank card. After linking, you can list your commission, shop products and start taking orders.
If you choose to skip, you can link your bank card later under Profile → Account Settings → Payout Management.
⚠️Note:
- International artists can currently receive payouts via bank card only. PayPal payouts are not supported at this time.
- make sure your bank account number is entered correctly.
2. How to Check My Order Earnings
① When Earnings Are Credited

②Platform Service Fee
A 5% platform service fee applies (included in the price and borne by the seller). This fee covers payment security, making your cross-border transactions safer.
Your earnings equal the item price × 95%. All pricing and settlement are in USD.
③Where Does My Order Income Go?
Buyers can pay using: Bank card, PayPal, Alipay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Wallet.
- PayPal: Earnings go directly to your PayPal account. You can view them under PayPal "Transaction History".
- All other payment methods: Earnings go to your Wallet. Go to Avatar → Wallet to view your Earnings Balance and transaction details 👇.
④Wallet Interface Guide
How to access: Log in to DrawMarket → Avatar → Wallet
- Total Balance: Earnings Balance + Credit Balance.
- Earnings Balance: From sales income. Withdrawable. (PayPal earnings go directly to your PayPal account and won't appear here.)
- Credit Balance: From top-ups or refunds. Used first when making purchases — not withdrawable. (PayPal refunds return to your PayPal account and won't appear here.)
- Payment Password: Required before using Wallet balance to make purchases.
- Transaction History: All earnings and payment records for completed orders.
Transaction history (for completed orders) can be viewed by category, including wallet top-up, wallet withdrawals, earnings, payments, and refunds.
3. Seller Withdrawals
Before withdrawing, make sure your bank card is linked for payouts.
Path: Profile → Account Settings → Payout Management → Link Bank Card
Withdrawal path: Wallet → Earnings Balance → 【Withdraw】 → Enter amount (or click 【Withdraw All】) → Confirm bank card → Submit
①Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal: $20; Maximum withdrawal: $3000 (per transaction)
Daily withdrawal limit: 1 time per day
Estimated arrival: 1–4 business days (may take up to 5 business days in some regions)
②Withdrawal Fees (per transaction)
- US & Hong Kong bank accounts: $2
- Mainland China bank accounts: 0.4%
- All other regions: $5
Settlement currency: CNY for mainland China bank cards; USD for all other regions.
Examples:
- Withdraw $100 via a U.S. bank account → Fee: $2 → Actual payout: $98
- Withdraw $100 via a Vietnam bank account → Fee: $5 → Actual payout: $95
We recommend accumulating a larger balance before withdrawing—fewer transactions mean lower fees overall.
4. Refunds
Custom commissions: Refundable once both buyer and seller agree.
Shop product items: Non-refundable once purchased.
Where do refunds go?
- Orders paid by Bank card / Google Pay / Apple Pay / Alipay: refund goes to your Credit Balance (usable for purchases on the platform; not withdrawable).
- Orders paid by PayPal: refund returns to your PayPal account.

Q1: What should I do if my withdrawal fails?

Q2: How do I change my linked bank card for withdrawals?
Please contact customer support to submit feedback. Self-service changes are not supported. We recommend avoiding unnecessary changes to your payout account.
Q3: Can I use my Earnings Balance to make purchases?
Yes. When paying with your Wallet, Credit Balance is used first, then Earnings Balance.
Q4: Can I withdraw my topped-up balance?
No. Top-up funds go into Credit Balance and can only be used for purchases on the platform.
Q5: Do PayPal earnings appear in my Wallet?
No. PayPal earnings go directly to your PayPal account and won't appear in the Wallet.
Q6: Can I use Wallet payment alongside other payment methods?
No. Wallet payment cannot be combined with other payment methods.
